There must be something about Tatau that inspires that thought about her length of time in the fandom -- when I first knew her and she encouraged my fic-writing, I made a comment to her about how much I appreciated the encouragement from someone so established in the fandom...and that's when she put her not-long-yet time in perspective for me.
